New firing project for tunnel kiln in North Africa (16/06/2026)
BERALMAR ENERGIES has signed a complete project for a new gas installation for a tunnel kiln with a production capacity of 600 T/day for a customer in North Africa.

This new project reinforces BERALMAR ENERGIES’ expertise in advanced combustion technology and its commitment to delivering efficient and reliable solutions for the heavy clay industry.
The scope of supply includes:
- 2 groups of 11 high-speed burners, model FOC20/MV, designed for the kiln preheating zone, where high-speed combustion promotes a homogeneous temperature profile and stable kiln operation
- 6 groups of 11 continuous variable pulse injectors, model ICV, applied in the firing zone, providing precise and flexible control of combustion and allowing fine adjustment of energy input according to process requirements
- 1 safety ramp for the entire installation with a capacity of 1,400 Nm³/h, ensuring safe and reliable gas supply operation
