Promatic firing system

The PROMATIC system comprises a fuel feeder, micronising mill. closed distribution circuit and injection equipment, and automatic control for the entire process.

The injectors dose the fuel automatically on a point-by-point basis, achieving consistent colouring and rational and efficient fuel consumption.

The PROMATIC system is also designed for high production volumes. It is best to run the pre-heating area on gar or heavy diesel.

The PROMATIC system enables use of economical fuels and maintaining of product quality thanks to the facility’s low maintenance requirement, a healthy working environment as it is a closed circuit facility and automated control of the entire process. The result is a state-of-the-art firing system using traditional fuels.
