GQS/82 burners

Beralmar supplies solid fuel burners for Hoffman kilns (GQS/82 model).

It involves a fuel crushing and distribution unit, simple and rational, ensuring perfect and consistent firing every time. This is possible thanks to the combustion system for solid fuel mixed with positive airflow at suitable rated in order to maximise oxygenation inside the kiln.

Burner units, available in 6, 8 or 10 fuel injector configuration, are fitted to a movable frame on castors.

Each unit comprises a pyrometric rod that reports temperature inside the kiln to the electronic pyrometer. Depending on recorded temperature and the desired level, the pyrometer automatically manages fuel injection stop and start, thus maximising the kiln’s fuel efficiency and avoiding non-combustion and the problems it causes.
