RCB heat exchanger

The RCB fume heat exchanger built by Beralmar is designed to recover heat contained in combustion fumes produced by co-generation units, or by any heat generator, whose combustion fuel is light diesel, heavy diesel or gas.

The air and fume circulation system in the pipe cluster is built in such a way that incoming air absorbs heat given off by fumes as they pass through the last set of pipes, in such a way that air temperature is gradually increased as it progresses by contact with the pipes until it reaches the required maximum temperature.

The Beralmar range covers 150,000, 300,000, 600,000, 800,000 and 1,000,000 Kcal/hour. Subject to survey other calorific power ratings can be built to order.
