CSD combustion chamber
The CSD model chamber is characterized by its operating principle based on the direct combustion of fire by effervescence on a fixed grate. This combustion chamber uses a solid fuel feeding system, which is precisely dosed by a screw feeding mechanism.
The structure of the combustion chamber is built with a sturdy metal enclosure, complemented by a double interior lining composed of high-quality refractory and insulating material. This design ensures its ability to operate efficiently and safely, even under design temperature conditions.
The CSD model chamber offers broad compatibility with various industrial dryers that do not require clean hot air. Additionally, it has the versatility to be coupled to both our Solid GB Generator model, which supplies clean hot air to the mixing chamber and extracts the necessary heat for the drying process, and to steam boiler systems for steam production. This additional integration capability allows for harnessing the generated heat or steam for steam production in industrial applications.
Our wide range of CSD Chambers spans from 1,000,000 Kcal/h (1,163 kW) to 18,000,000 Kcal/h (21,000 kW).
