The CGM combustion chamber, with its innovative step grate, represents a significant improvement compared to the standard CSD chamber.

The inclusion of the step grate, in the design of the CGM allows for a more uniform distribution of solid fuel, resulting in more homogeneous combustion and easier ash removal at the end of the grate. This, in turn, considerably reduces the maintenance required for the equipment and allows for operation with a wide range of fuel grades and moisture levels.

The combustion chamber features a metallic outer structure with a double interior coating of refractory insulating material, ensuring high thermal performance and a significant reduction in maintenance tasks.

The CGM is equipped with an automatic feeding system using a rotary valve with flame non-return device, ensuring efficient and safe fuel feeding. It also includes an ash extraction system located at the end of the grate, along with side openings for combustion air intake, allowing for effective ash management and proper air circulation during the combustion process.

The CGM chamber is compatible with various industrial dryers without requiring clean hot air. It can be integrated with our Solid GB Generator, supplying clean hot air to the mixing chamber and harnessing heat for drying. It also couples with steam boiler systems, allowing for the use of generated heat in industrial steam production applications.
