Air vein for mixing chambers
The key feature of Air Vein type burners is that they can combust with large amounts of surplus air, whereby they can be installed in an airflow, thus achieving consistent temperatures in the heated flow.
Industrial application of these burner types covers numerous industries such as: Ceramic, cereal, plastics, food, textile, painting booth dryers, etc. Subject to each facility’s requirements, they can be installed inside or outside the pipe to be heated, and can operate in positive (blown) or negative (suction) pressure areas.
Operating principle
Gas feeds the burner. The airflow to be heated circulates in parallel to the flame to ensure perfect combustion due to suitable layout of deflectors. The burner has all the gas safety, regulation and control features, as well as for temperature control, which through the gas flow regulator and based on a preset temperature, humidity or other value, maintains or modifies the gas supply subject to requirements of the receiving system.
We have a broad range of models with power ratings from 250,000 to 14,000,000 Kcal/hour.
