PULS model combustion chamber
The PULS combustion chamber model is a vertical injection chamber for dry and ground fuel, where combustion occurs as the fuel is gravity-fed through the chamber's roof.
This combustion chamber model has been designed in five different capacities, ranging from 1 to 9 million Kcal/hour. Its notable feature is its low maintenance, thanks to its grateless combustion system, which reduces ash accumulation. Additionally, it is highly compatible with a variety of industrial dryers without the need for clean hot air.
When coupled with the Beralmar GB hot air exchanger model or a steam boiler, separating the combustion and heat or steam exchange functions into two distinct machines optimizes fuel performance, reaching values of up to 85%. This configuration enhances energy efficiency and maximizes the utilization of the fuel used.
Suitable fuels for use in this chamber are vegetable solid fuels with a particle size of less than 4 mm and moisture content below 5%. It can also be adapted for the use of mineral coals. If the fuel's particle size is too high, a mill can be installed between the feeding hopper and the fan for adaptation.
