New kiln modernization order for North America ()

We are pleased to announce that BERALMAR TECNOLOGIC S.A. has received a new order for the modernization of a kiln for a significant client in North America. The supply includes:
  • 5 sets of 16 high-speed burners, FOC-20 models.
  • 8 sets of 16 and 18 burners, ICV models.
  • Both vertical and lateral gas ramp system.
  • New complete SCADA system designed for a tunnel kiln with a capacity of 1000 tons per day.
We emphasize that the latest two sets of ICV burners have been configured to enable the client to carry out "FLASHING." This capability allows the client to achieve a wide range of colour effects, including stains and various tones, for their facing brick line.
