HISTORY OF BERALMAR, 10/10: THE FUTURE
We would like to round out this series of articles, which throughout the year have traced the history of BERALMAR, with a humble vision of the future of our organization.
With BERALMAR’s first 50 years now behind us, we are now set to embark, in 2015, on our next half century. It is a fact that no organization, large or small, new or centuries old, is ever guaranteed its existence in the long or the short term. However, in spite of this irrefutable principle, BERALMAR has numerous strengths that have led us to be optimistic about its future:
- A moderate and rational structure. We know from experience, particularly from that of recent years, that our industry’s major suppliers have feet of clay and are very vulnerable to crises and negative economic cycles. That is why BERALMAR intends to maintain an efficient structure with a limited workforce.
- Greater diversification of activity: a very complete range of combustion equipment for all available fuels and great technical flexibility in offering engineering projects.
- The high technical level of the products manufactured by BERALMAR, reinforced with an entire line of automation equipment that allows us to provide solutions for manufacturing ceramics in any format.
- Diversification and the addition of new markets: sales activities on all continents.
And, above all, the will to continue investing time and resources in R&D&I – not only to develop solutions for the most sophisticated markets but also to innovate when it comes to providing the best solutions for those markets that are technologically less advanced and have a high potential demand.
Moving forward with this confidence in BERALMAR’s future, the major challenges of the coming years are set to be the accumulation of experience and subsequent consolidation as a comprehensive supplier, and ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge in the face of generational changes.
As we’ve said, in 2015 BERALMAR begins its second 50 years of operations, and our Newsletter will be there to keep you informed along the way.
