  • BERALMAR AT THE “MOSBUILD 2013” FAIR

BERALMAR will again take part in the MOSBUILD fair this year, specifically in the "Building & Interiors" section, which will be held from 2-5 April in the Russian capital's Expocentre.

BERALMAR's delegation will occupy stand number 309, and will comprise of BERALMAR's Managing Director, Ramon Sarió, along with Enric Simon, Yuriy Zinyak and Oleg Polchy.

Russia is a key market for BERALMAR, who, since last year, has been working on implementing the project to provide a complete plant near Krasnoyarsk (Siberia).

Many of the engineers and technicians within BERALMAR's workforce, in the past, have participated in numerous projects in Russia, even in the time of the former Soviet Union, so it is a country and market whose characteristics and needs are well known by the bulk of the company.

We look forward to seeing you!

  • POST “INDIAN CERAMICS 2013” FAIR FEEDBACK
Santi Amposta, at the end of a meeting at the stand.

As previously mentioned, BERALMAR took part in the INDIAN CERAMICS fair last 19-21 March in Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India). It is the third consecutive time that BERALMAR has taken part in this fair, and the main difference compared to previous editions is that there has been a significant decline in visitors.

Given this obvious reduction in turnout at the fair centre, it is worth mentioning the quality of the visits received. The average visitor to this latest edition was clearer about what information they were looking for and what concerns they wanted to resolve compared to previous editions which perhaps had a more confused visitor profile in terms of their expectations.

In any case, a greater temporal perspective will be necessary to assess the productivity of this event in a market with very particular characteristics, but what is certain is BERALMAR's confidence and commitment to the future of the Indian ceramic industry.

  • THE BERALMAR NEWSLETTER, NOW ALSO IN ROMANIAN

From this issue onwards and as some readers will have noticed, BERALMAR's newsletter will also be distributed in Romanian.

Romanian is one of the major European languages. According to Wikipedia, Romanian is spoken by about 24 million people in Romania and Moldova, and has a degree of similarity of 77% to Italian and 73% to Catalan. We expect that the level of understanding between our Romanian customers and friends and BERALMAR's workforce will go beyond the linguistic field and will establish the most successful of collaborations.

With Romanian, BERALMAR's newsletter will be distributed in 11 languages in an effort to deliver our organisation's news as soon as possible to more than 2,000 current recipients of this publication.

If for any reason the recipients of the newsletter in Romanian prefer to receive it in any other language available, we remind them that at the bottom of the newsletter there is the link to follow to change the preferred language.

Multumesc!

  • NEW MICRONIZED-COKE FIRING INSTALLATION IN CROATIA

BERALMAR is preparing to supply a new micronized-petcoke firing installation. It is an order for a MICROMATIC system from the SLAVONIJA IGM ceramic plant in Našice, eastern Croatia, owned by NEXE. It is the third factory which this important group is equipping with BERALMAR's solid-fuel firing equipment. At the same time, this is the first installation of its kind that BERALMAR will supply in Croatia.

The MICROMATIC system forecasts a replacement of at least 75% of the current consumption of natural gas for a production of about 300 tonnes/day of ceramic blocks.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank NEXE for their continued confidence in BERALMAR.
