BERALMAR AT THE “INDIAN CERAMICS 2013” FAIR
BERALMAR will participate again in this year's edition of the INDIAN CERAMICS fair held from March 19-21 at the University Exhibition Centre in Ahmedabad, the capital of the state of Gujarat in the north east of the country.
In this edition, BERALMAR will present its production line concept designed for the Indian market, characterised by the production of quality hollow blocks with a significant reduction in labour and energy costs with regard to the main productive units in the country, and breaking away from the seasonal character of production.
Visitors can find the BERALMAR stand in North Hall, stand N02.
We look forward to seeing you there!

POST “KYIVBUILD 2013” FAIR FEEDBACK
|
|
The BERALMAR stand at KYIVBUILD 2013 |
According to the organisation, 17,441 professionals visited the KIEVBUILD 2013 fair, held in the Ukrainian capital from February 20-22. Fortunately they did not all stop at BERALMAR’s stand. Nonetheless, the 3 days of the fair were intense for our delegation, achieving the greatest number of visitors since BERALMAR began participating in this fair.
Despite the difficult economic situation the country is going through, there are projects, opportunities and above all a desire to do things and continue moving forward, as shown by the record attendance at the fair in general and at the BERALMAR stand in particular. This is undoubtedly the main conclusion following the fair.

- SEMINAR IN THE TERRASSA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
|
|
Mr Josep Prats (left), managing director of the Terrassa Chamber of Commerce, with Ramon Sarió (right), general director of Beralmar. |
On February 22, the general director of BERALMAR Ramon Sarió, gave a seminar in the International Marketing and Strategy course organised by Terrassa Chamber of Commerce directed at companies wishing to increase their presence in foreign markets, in which he explained BERALMAR’s case and the internationalisation strategy the company has been carrying out for years.
For years, BERALMAR has believed that the market is the world, and as a result of this belief, today 90% of the company’s turnover comes from exports, a technically obsolete expression for the wrong starting point that assumes the existence of a domestic market, and because the issue is not whether we must export but where, when and how a company should direct its commercial activity given the number and diversity of markets.
We trust that at the very least this contribution to the Chamber’s internationalisation course inspired those present, the majority of whom were professionals with export responsibilities, with regard to the elaboration of commercial strategies and that the companies in this area will increase their presence in the greatest number of markets.

NEW ORDER FOR A MICROMATIC INSTALLATION IN MOROCCO
BERALMAR has just booked a new order for solid fuel firing facility in Morocco. It is a MICROMATIC installation for the BRIQUETERIE TARIK in Tangiers, which will substitute approximately 80% of the consumption of fuel oil in the kiln with micronized pet coke.
The BRIQUETERIE TARIK kiln produces 300 tonnes of quality hollow brick per day, a result of many years of operation.
This will be the 12th kiln operated using petroleum coke firing installations in Morocco.
