Corporate BERALMAR AT THE SERBIAN CERAMISTS MEETING
BERALMAR participated in the association of Serbian ceramists congress that took place from 12 to 14 September in Zlatibor, a mountain spa resort in the southwest of the country.
Although this congress is triennial, the last congress took place four years ago, so this year's congress coincided with the 50th anniversary of the association, founded in 1968.
The organization of the congress lived up to expectations and brought together almost the entire Serbian ceramics industry, as well as a good handful of suppliers.
BERALMAR took part as event’s sponsor. In addition, BERALMAR offered a technical-sales presentation entitled "Who is BERALMAR really?", by Milena Blagojevic, BERALMAR’s representative in the Balkans, and Miquel Moix, sales director.
On the occasion of the congress and the 50th anniversary, the association published a booklet for which BERALMAR contributed an article on the company’s fifteen years in the Serbian market, which we attach with this Newsletter.
We wish the association of Serbian ceramists a long life, and hope that BERALMAR can continue contributing to the technical development of its members.

News and Accomplishments ORDER FOR A SOLID FUEL FIRING FACILITY IN POLAND
BERALMAR has just booked a new order for solid combustion equipment. It is for the OWCZARY ceramics plant in Mniszków (Poland), which has entrusted BERALMAR with the supply of all the combustion equipment for its new production line, currently under construction.
BERALMAR will supply a 3,000,000 Kcal/h air vein natural gas burner for the dryer, 4 groups of high-speed vertical burners for the preheating zone of the kiln, and a PROMATIC system for dosing micronized coal in the kiln firing zone. The expected daily production of the kiln is 1,000 tonnes of clay blocks.
The PROMATIC system is composed of a mill for drying and micronizing the coal to a maximum of 100 microns and less than 2% humidity, and a system of transport and pneumatic dosing of the micronized coal.
This will be the third PROMATIC system supplied by BERALMAR in Poland.
BERALMAR has been working for a few months on the supply of a complete plant in Turkmenistan.
The new plant, which will be called DÖWLETI DOWREN, will be multi-product with a capacity of 550 tonnes/day of thermal blocks, hollow blocks and even face bricks. It is being built in the Lebap region, in the eastern part of this Central Asian country.
The main fuel will be natural gas, which is very cheap since Turkmenistan is a large producer.
The main BERALMAR supplies for the new plant include:
MESTRAL semi-continuous shelf dryer with conical recirculators managed by a MICROSEC automatic drying control system.
PRESTHERMIC tunnel kiln, equipped with a MICROSEC automatic firing control system and natural gas combustion equipment.
Complete line of multi-product handling equipment.

The handling equipment of the new plant is especially complex due to the wide range of products planned. There are several cutters, a beveler, many programming tables and robots at various points.
This will be the third factory delivered by BERALMAR in Central Asia in just 2 years, after the projects undertaken in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
